My shipment with tracking # 130670791 from SnapDeal was supposed to have got delivered today Aug. 31, 2015. Even though I was at home the status showed that the shipment is not delivered with code 219 – Consignee Not Available. It is really shocking to know as to why there was fake/ wrong excuse being given and the company is still ready to protect/ encourage such kinds of excuses given to its customers.
I wish that some action can be initiated against Ecom Express for giving fake excuse and secondly, not calling me before coming to a conclusion that I was not at home. Thirdly, per RTI act, I was not given any proper info. from the time I purchased the product from SnapDeal and it was supposed to have been delivered by Ecom Express courier.
