Sir, I have booked two tickets from bapatla to hyderabad on 27th Aug 15. After putting up two bags aginst my two tickets reservation..cleaner asked for luggage charges, which I refused and complained to morning star travel agents about the matter. Travel agent supported cleaner and said to us to pay the money and in return he convinced me tat tickets issued to individuals not for the luggage. On 30 th Aug (today) I asked to take one packet from hyderaba to bapatla against two tickets foe thathe charged two hundred rupees which is in correct. Now I request u to do the needful.
