My name is Kailas Sanghavi. Last week I ordered 1Intex mobile from the site http://www.greenshopee.com – Bangalore. It is showing in Processing mode since last 7 days but no further process is done. My order no. is 100005534. I have also emailed them regarding this but no reply as well as I am trying to call them but the number is continuously busy or Switched off. Their no. is 080 5004607. I have spent almost Rs. 2400 on it. Amount is paid to them by Paytm Wallet. Please help. What should we do now?

It is showing in Processing mode since last 10 days but no further process is done. My order no. is 100005634. I have also emailed them regarding this but my mail is getting bounce.I tried to call them but always number is busy or Switched off. Their no. is 080 5004607. Please help, how can i get my money back. what i have to do.
The payment gateway is paytm they are also resposible for this fraud. please banned this website and also take action against paytm.
