I tried booking flight from New Delhi to Bangalore round trip travel date on 7/11/2015 & 15/11/2015.
Booking attempt made on 28/8/2015 around morning 11:30 am using American express Make Mytrip card.
Since American express credit card service has some benefits on flight booking with Make My trip, booking attempt was made through make My trip.
But during booking at the stage of final payment processing there was an error for make My trip web site mentioning that server tired ..try again.
So I tried to book the same ticket again, This time the booking was successful.
But after a while the previous ticket booking attempt also got flight tickets confirmed.
The booking was done with the intension to take advantage of low flight fare and the benefits
provide by American express make my trip card and considering the holiday rush and risk of raise in air fare.
As a matter of fact passenger with same ID Name can’t travel in same day, same time with two different tickets.
It is humbly requested to take this issue utmost serious and do the needful.
