Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased the Micromax mobile, Model A177 online through Amazon on 23/10/2014 and my mobile set in Warranty period.

In June 2015, I had facing problem with this set due to internet connection and wifi automatically on- off.

So, I had go to your service center at Chandigarh in Sector -20 and they had registered my complaint with complaint No. -N020123071517676 on 02/07/2015 and told me, this mobile send to Delhi for repairing and after 15th days you come the office for collect the your mobile.

But, I have not receive the my mobile till now and I had many time contact your toll free no- 1860-500-8286 and every time they told me, 15 days more required.

I had harassment without mobile, please give me clear information how many days required and these mobile not repair so give me new mobile set with sealed pack.
