We hired Priya Home Care Service for Providing a full time domestic Help (Maid). As per the mail send as contractual terms the maid was suppose to be provided within 3 working days from the time of the receipt of the payment. The total payment transferred as per the contract amounting to INR 11000/-. This was done on around 10th of august. Today till 20th of august we are yet to get the help from the service provider and nor they are ready to refund the amount received against the service guaranteed.

They do not pick the calls nor provide any details/confirmation on when the services will be provided. On asking for refund they are threatening that they will not refund the amount weather or not they provide the services.
