I have booked holiday package from tour operator so called “Must Visit India” under their promotional offer /scheme. I had paid Rs 11998/- through Credit card on 26th June’15 for which I was offered 4 nights/5 days holiday with one year validity. In addition they promised to give Sony Xperia tablet. But after making the payment, they are now denying & not returning my money back. For making hotel booking for my holiday planned in Oct’15, they are asking additional money apart from the above package deal. Even for delivery of promotional gift they neither responding & not sharing the docket no of courier. It is almost 55 days after the booking of package, continuously I am chasing with them for booking of hotel and agreed gift, now become frustrated. Mr. Rohit Sharma (0120-6888845, 07827479534) is not responding, communicating and neither ready to return money. I can reproduce all mails exchanges with Must Visit India as a proof to challenge the case legally as well.
