I have a booked holiday package tour operator name MUST VISIT INDIA. As per their scheme I was pay Rs. 7998/-. by cash against which I was offered 3 Night/4 Days holiday package and also offer me will get Sony Xperia Z2 tablet.But after the booking they are denying & even non returning my money. Now it is almost 45 days and I am still fighting for my money. The representative Mr. Saurabh , Rahulkomar , Ramakrishna Iyer ( Contact no.8510018537, +91 1206888845) is not responding my mails and calls about my refunding money. I am having all mails and verbal communication as proof with me..

Due to some miss understanding i given this complain to must visit india sorry for that now i got resolution from must visit india and i dont have any issue must visit india company. So kindly ignore this complain…
I disagree with my previous comment because on 19th august 2015 received call from “Must Visit India”
As previously discussed with Ramakrishna Iyer & Rahul Kumar they said me that comment on consumer court forum after that they promise me confirmation about refund on 30th august 2015. But still date I am not received confirmed mail & Refund money.
They not respond after 30th august 2015.
I have verbally communications phone calls recording and written mails.
Please do needed above issue.
