This is the third time I am facing this issue. Whenever whitelabelhost server has some problem their technical team simply cleared everything on the server by making all customers in nutshell. I am writing this because my database all gone because of their technical team. I know that almost all server will get a chance of some issues. That is natural. All servers even godaddy has got server issues. But godaddy and other server technical teams approaching issues in a different way. They will notify all their customers through email saying that their server will go down on the particular date from this time to till that time. This notification will get 4 or 5 days before they doing anything on their server. So customers will get enough time to take a backup of their database and files. Even though i didn’t take a backup till now on those servers as they take backup themselves before doing anything on their server and they restored everything once they finished their work.

But whitelabelhost technical team never takes such a backup or never informs their customers about the server updates or anything and we will loose all the datas that we stored in their server. I raise a ticket today about my database gone and their technical team replied me that they are not keeping the backup and next time onward they will do. How silly they considered this much big mistakes from them. We are getting emails from them only for their company promotions and offers. Before giving such promotions please try to solve these types of big mistakes from their team.
