Respected Sir,

This mail is behalf from residents of all Pride City, NH-21, Near Shiv jot Enclave, Kharar (Mohali).
Sir We bought Flats from Sandalwood Builders & Promoters Pvt.Ltd. & it has been over one year we are living without proper arrangements of water. From last 2 months we have no regular supply of water even up to 3-4 days. After complaining so many times builder have not given solution, from last 3-4 days we have no Water Supply & now builder is switched off their contact No’s also. At this time we have not a single drop of water to clean kitchen appliances. But there is a continue water supply on under construction sites but we have not a single drop we shoot videos also & attached here to bring you a kind information.

Along with this we have other issues also mentioned below:-
1. There is not proper wiring of mains electricity.
2. So much grass & Mud around flats mosquitoes breeding causing malarial diseases.
3. There are no safety installations from builder so many people’s entering Enclave without their identity checking.
4. During last week there are petrol theft from bikes & cars & damaging there petrol tanks.
5. There are so many families living but number of PG boys living on rent without police verification.

Sir we are suffering from last one year & builder is constructing more & more flats without completing their commitments. We humbly request you to see the matter & do needful for resolution on high priority.Residents sufferring marking names with flat Numbers
