I am suffering a from a online retailer company ,its a flagship company in mobile handset here in India ,Big fraud ,scam or a cheating by this company ,
No idea where i go because i am concocting all of this cone company officer ,they teat me like a beggar or a childish voice,
I am given him all kind of proof ,what is the problems and they don’t want to hear only they told me ,go to hell or service center and show your matter and repair but my question to you sir ,why i go for repairing when i get your courier and open the box ,and get result handset not work properly ,immediately i call to your call center ,and they told me don’t worry we arrange your handset return for replacement and a blue-dart courier boy reach your address and pick your handset parcel and fill a form for replacement ,but after waiting few day’s any buddy not reach at my destination ,i call again your call center and ask him all story again ,than they ask me ok you go to our services l center in SURAT , reach 11th August 2015 and still waiting there 3 hours for my term ,after when i face your executive personalty he ask me THIS HANDSET ARE TOTALLY FAILED AND THIS HANDSET ONLY FOR DUMPING IN BEEN SO YOU SEND BACK AND GET NEW PHONE BUT YOUR CALL CENTER’S HITLER Y VOICE HEARING TONE NO NO THIS NOT REPLACEABLE GO TO SERVICE CENTER, AND REPAIR ,
So what I do and where i go for this ?please responding me asap,
I am filing a fraud complain against your company at our area Police station and send all fact’s paper’s and call details to all media houses for publish ,
