Even after regular calling and mailing to the customer service mentioned on the website, the phone number is always busy, at any hour of the day. For the last two week i.e. 3rd August, 2015 – 14th August, 2015 the line has been busy and the e-mails have not been replied to.
I have a product which I wish to exchange/ return and not been heard from.
