If you want to join the company directly, the Company will dispatch your joining letter. On
behalf of joining letter, you just come to Company Plant/Branch in your Residential Location
on date and join the duty directly. Today Company will dispatch the following documents by
Courier to your home postal address and scan copy to you email.
 Your Company Gate Pass
 You Joining Letter.
 Air Ticket / Train Ticket/ Local Conveyance (If required)
(Company Address, Name of HR Manager, Department, Date and Time, Your Name will
be mention in Company Gate Pass and Joining Letter).
There are 2 Conditions is applicable of Joining the Company directly against bond.
 You cannot leave the Company before compete the Bond Period.
 You have to submit the bond security before joining.
 You have to sign the legal Bond Papers
 If you leave the Company before complete the Bond Period, your bond security
will be laps by Company.
 You have to submit the Bond security of Rs. 4,500/- for 3 months.
 The Bond Period is 3 months for fresher candidate.
The Bond Security is refundable. It will be refund to you after completing the bond
period of 3 month in Company.

Today – Company has to dispatch your Joining letter and documents to your home
postal address. Today is the last date of security deposited in bank.
