I ordered from www.Clovia.com on 16th July with Order no #219689
However i did not receive the order yet. When i mailed them at [email protected], they said they have lost the order and asked me whether i want refund/redispatch.
I replied saying they can redispatch if it can be delivered till 17th August after which i am out of station. Else they can refund amount. I asked them to update me what action they are taking via email.
However i have not received any reply yet. I also called on their contact no in Gazhiabad but they have not responded. I think its a spoof company but many advertisements are making people buy from their site. I have prepaid 1000 Rs and obviously need the refund.
I need this resolved on high priority.

Do not purchase from clovia!!
I ordered an item from clovia worth 800/- and was given 2 free products with it as part of an offer.
On receiving the order, the product that i had bought was torn !! and part of the set was missing!!!!
On contacting care@clovia , they aranged for the item to be returned and HERE is from where my real ordeal began!!
The courier guys came and were rather rude and DEMANDED that it being a company policy they will need to open the pack and check the contents. (You can imagine how embarrasing that is, given that these were intimate ladies wear) I told them that everything was in the box but they said it is ‘company policy’ and had to check the items.
Now, it has been over a week since this happened and my re-dispatched package is nowhere in sight. Multiple emails to care@clovia have gone unanswered!!!
Shittiest service and low quality products!! FRAUD company!!
