I came to know about Imapp Consultancy from a friend of mine who is currently working in Australia and Imapp has played a big role in this. Even I wished to go over there that is why I contacted them. In my first meeting with Mr. Tarun in the office he informed in the detail about this process. He told me to come after a week with the relevant documents. Again after a week I went the Imapp office and there I meet Kanika who was concerned with the document handling team of their consultancy. After submitting all my documents they told me to deposit Rs. 60000 so that they can continue the further process of interview. But after depositing that amount they did not contacted me on the time Kanika has told me about. So I called her to know about the progress in the process as I was also concerned about the amount which I have deposited. When I talked to her she informed me that there is a problem regarding my documents for which the process will not be completed. The only thought that came to my mind was the loss of money. Then I asked her about the refund of my money then Kanika told me to come to her in the office. In the first meeting they returned all the photocopies of my documents, mark sheets and told me to come next day to recollect my money. I was very surprised when they returned the whole amount on the very next day. Kanika also told me about the problem regarding my document which was really a genuine one. Though I did not make it in my first chance to g to Australia but I will be thankful to Imapp and their professionalism because they returned my money.
