My name is ROHIT NAIR and i lives in mumbai,
i had got a message that we will give you a personal loan in fifteen days.I got contact with a person named Mohd. Shadab co. no.7840026164 .He tells me that I have to deposit 25000 Rs in the name of Value Added Card pvt.ltd.and I will get a loan of 5,00,000 Rs in 15 days. He asked me to courier my id,2 passport size photo a cheque of Rs 25,000 and a cancelled cheque to DOCUMENTS COLLECTION CENTER, ADD;-RAGHAV SHARMA(kpo-100899), A-60 ground floor ,sec-2,noida-201301.
As i lives in mumbai i courrired all the documents to him.The cheque no.5173 has been cleared on 15-04-2015.After 15 days i call Mohd. Shadab for Loan, he tells me that my civil points is 75 and the minimum points for the loan is 150 points ,so i have to pay 75,000 to increase my civil points. And if i wants to cancelled the loan i will get 25% of the money i.e 6,250 return after 3 months.
i called Mohd. Hhadab and said that this had not been mentined in your terms and conditions but he cuts my phone.I dont have raghav sharma’s co. no..I called frequently but he never receives my phone and it has gone above 3 months.
I kindly request you to take a severe action against the person and help me to get my money back
