Hi ,

I have this big problem created by HTC brand ,have a purchased a mobile on 16th march 2015 got issue very early but due to time constraint i could’nt visit the centre.So now i have given my phone to the store from where i have purchased it.They have submitted it to HTC service centre.

I have given my phone on 11th July 2015 but til today i dont know whats actually going on with my cell.Neither the Store(Univercell at Sion cirle) are giving proper updates and no one from service centre picks up the call nor the toll free HTc number is working.

The phone has many defects the display goes blank,the camera is not good .initially they said the parts are not available and they had to wait until its imported from Delhi .and After somedays when i called back i got a reply that they will be sending the cell to Delhi .

i want to file a compalint against this issue ,they all are harrassing and service they provide is totally non sense.they expect us to call and nobody bothers to pick up the call at their centre.

May i know how to proceed with this.
