This is with regard to a purchase i made online on 4th June from on online website by name grabshoppingdeals.com through their payment gate way paytm for a sum of Rs. 34119/- and as my order is not found place in their website i suspected them and i made request for cancellation of my order on 5th June but there is no response from them. I called them number of times on the phone number 01206540556 at last on 8th the informed me that the have initiated cancellation of my order and within 24 to 48 hours i will receive a confirmation but as i did not received i once again called them and it has been informed that it will take 7 to 10 working days for cancellation. But even after the expiry of the said 10 days also i did not received any mail of confirmation of the sale today i.e on 22-06-2015 i once again called them and now they are saying that my order is cancelled and they could not communicate the same to me by mail since there are facing technical problem and they could not even mail for the next 10 days and they also informed me that it will take 40 days for refund. All these goes to show that they are playing fraud and hence in this matter kindly do the need full so that my money will be refund to me at the earliest.
