Investors Care Private Limited(CIN:U70102UP2011PTC046343) – Credit Note Cheque bounce multiple times

Pradeep(Company representative) from Investors Care Private Limited(CIN:U70102UP2011PTC046343), offered us to buy a flat in Nirala eState(Builder: Nirala Infratech) through his company and they will give us 2% discount on the total flat amount.I bought that flat and when I paid initial amound they told us that they will give this discount after making 40% payment and Company has given us a Credit Note of said amount(Rs-49144) on Date 28-Dec-2011.

After making 40% payment I called him for discounted amount but they told me we haven’t receive our brokerage so we will give you after getting our brokerage.Now we have made more than 90% payment and they are accepting that they have received brokerage from builder but not willing to pay our amount. but after making 100s of call and discussion whey issued 3 cheques each of Rs-13077 of dated 25-03-2015,25-14-2015 and 25-05-2015 respectively. Cheque was signed by one of its director Ranjeet kumar.

On 25-03-2015, they requested me to please not to put cheques in the bank because account does not have sufficient balance. and asked me to wait for some time. after that he consistently told me the same thing many times. Finally I put my cheque in bank on 04-June-2015. and it got bounced. then I put another cheque which again got bounced.

I tried to sent a legal Notice but they permanently locked their office also they are not providing their home addresses. Now I checked these all 4 person have opened another company named SHIVAKARI BUILDWELL PRIVATE LIMITED(CIN:U45201UP2013PTC061064) on 05 December 2013 with the same office address(Address: F – 11, GLOBUS D, PLOT H-1,5&6, SEC 63, Noida U.P.) but office is locked.and now they are going to forge more people.
