Dear Sir/Madam,

I am one of the Customer of Redmi Note 4G.

My mobile – charging port is not working from last 1 month. I have given the same to Surat, Gujarat Service Centre on 19-May-2015.
Workorder Number – SUR/XM/15/00692

Still date, Service centre not able to solve the issue and so not able to return my product.
They are telling that no Spare availability.

Request to look into on top Priority.
