with all due respect i want to convey you my problem with this particular online shoping brand. sir i ordered a bag on june 24 but till 2nd of jul i hadnt got my product which was costing me Rs 1590 and waz paid to this site .while contacting to myntra customer representative they told me that this iteam is already being delivered.
i cant undrstand without verifying myntra can give a prepaid order to anybody.
another issue is that a senior representative of myntra told me that if anybody knows your no means we can hand over iteam to that and now we are not responsible for your money.
please do need ful
