Vodofone Mobile No.8489964489. I am a senior citizen retired from senior citizen. I am using the above number for telephone and internet. From the date of installation the Company used to deduct nearly Rs.500 from me at the fag end of validity i.e. short period of renewal for VTVFCARE i.e for their TV channel which I have not using and without my option or prior notice. Many requests given by SMS to the complaint number provided by them will be answered by machine either as “insufficient information” or as “sorry-service not available”. . Their customer care will respond quickly as “will be done” or as “sorry for the inconvenience caused”. But they are unable to give me permanent solution. The real pity is their SMS will say that “VTVFCARE” is not their service. But that service is deducting the amount from the amounts available at the credit of Vodofone. This is a Day Lotting and they are deceiving TRAI even. If required I will send PDF of the entire conversation through mails and SMS. I request relief. Yours. CGRAJARAM.
