My name is Ravishankar Kunnath and below is my complaint. On June 02, 2015 I ordered for 3 Linen Shirts(Slate Grey,Royal Blue,Lemon yellow) order number S80845755 and the cost for the same is INR 999 and the same was on cash on delivery so I paid total INR 1149. I received the order on June 09, 2015 but when I tried to put the shirt the size is too small I couldn’t able to put the button also. I ordered for XL size and the same which got delivered was too too small like it was a medium size so I sent them a mail on the same day stating that I want either replacement into double XL or I want refund because If there XL size is such a small I am sure that the double XL would also not work for me. There customer care number 040-66228282 which they have given on their website never work, no on receive the calls it is just ringing and ringing I tried at-least 15 times for 2 days. On June 11, 2015 they sent me mail asking for the snapshot of the shirts, so I want to ask you why these people asked for snaps if this is not the case of defective or damaged product. I sent the snaps of the shirts on the same date then on June 12, 2015 they replied me to return the product through courier to the below given address so that they can replace it. Way2online Retail Private Limited Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad ? 500016 I sent mail on June 13, 2015 and informed that I don’t want replacement I want refund because as I have mentioned above the double size will also not work for me if XL size is this small. On June 16, 2015 I again sent them mail asking to reply on refund query but there was no reply, On June 17, 2015 I again sent the mail but there was no reply. On June 17, 2015 I sent the product back through DTDC courier under tracking number M20771591 and the cost for the same was INR 300 and Informed the same to them through mail. They replied me on June 17, 2015 they they have not received the product once they received the product they will do the replacement. I replied on the same mail on the same date that I don’t want replacement I want refund but there was no reply. On June 20, 2015 I informed them through mail that as per the DTDC tracking the product is returned and delivered to you but there was no reply from them, since then I am sending them mail again and again every day but there is no reply from them. The total cost incurred was INR 999 + INR 150 (COD) + INR 300 = INR 1449 Now I want refund from them because I don’t believe on whaaky.com any more and If they replace the product with Double XL that will also not work for me because XL size is too too small for me as per their brand so Double XL will also not work for me. I may not be able to receive your calls because I am working person and the cell phones are not allowed while m working.
