Already i faced the same problem before they have been charged without any downloads done be me and now this month also they have been charged and in bill mentioned as VAS downloads.

Already vodafone customer care person through phone and online chat but no one solved the problem.

Every month they are charged extra money without the usage.

    I have not done any downloads and my bill has shown 49₹ added for VAS downloads. They have not even confirmed before adding it to the bill. I even don’t know what service they are providing me against this amount.
