A person contacted on my phone on April 09 2015 and told that ICICI bank reward points shall be redeemed and a gift due to me will be sent to my resident within 14 to 21 days by courer and told a call will be received from their executive. The executive called and taken all card details and assured that no need to pay for the gift. But I have received a bill of Rs7844.00 and no gift is received. The transaction is done in the name of M/s Laplumegroup_EPayKerel MUMBIN. I got a phone call from DSL courier egent that some packet was to delivered to me at some Hydrabad address but I am staying in Mumbai, so the parcel was returened back by courier company.
