It is a matter of great concern that VODAFONE is not at all paying heed to the problems of their bonafide long term customers. The Customers are practically defenseless for unauthorized deduction by the VODAFONE company on the pretext of DWAP Download, which is beyond customer’s capacity of verification. On 19th April 2015 it suddenly deducted Rs.99 for some Mydala Deal without my knowledge. However after protest they refunded the same. Subsequently on 20th April 2015 it deducted Rs. 30 for Unlimited Radio and again Rs 99 for some DWAP Download. However this time though they returned Rs. 30 but refused to return Rs. 99 to my account balance. Previously also a similar incident had taken place which I had ignored. Now after checking the internet I have that there are huge number of similar complaints in various forums. A considerable number of bonafide consumers are being harassed and penalized in such manner which needs to be stopped. As a matter of protest I have decided to severe my relationship with VODAFONE, unless the said issue is resolved within 48 hrs.
