Hi,

I am a Vodafone India customer at Chennai. Yesterday, on April 18, Rs. 149 was deducted from my account for some “DNLD-DWAP_ANI0149_PPU_CRE00691001”. I have a valid data pack active on my number. Then what is this download charge for?? When I called thhe customer service, they also couldnt tell me exact reason for deduction. They just said its “DWAP_Download charge”. I kept on asking what is this charge about? And they just said its a download charge.

What kind of fraud is this? I have never had such experience with other network operators. Rs 149 is not a small amount and I want my money back. Kindly help me for that matter.
