I have booked plot 3 years back, They mentioned project will be completed and registered within 6 months max.

It will be BMRD approved, So price will be bit high.

After one year they mentioned. they have not able to get that property shown, but got another one property where they will develop, but it will be DC conversion site. But price will be same.

After 2 year they told they again having issues with land owners and they can’t register those sites to you. you need to go for some other property .

I asked for refund amount. its benig 3 months I am following up and till now no update.

The person who was responsible for getting me refund amount quite and other persons are saying its in process and let you know.

Being local person and 5 of us together applied and still fighting and struggling to get back around 10 lac amount from them.Imagine situation of people who are new to this place.

They will loose patience and loose the money also.

These cases are very common in Max worth fraud company. they have political influence, its difficult to flight back.

NEVER EVER Trust them.
