i have buy from rediff shopping a sony head fone with buy 1 get 1 free offer and when i recived the product then i found that it is the duplicate head fone when i have complain to them they said it is a OEM product.
when i asked them that what does that means they said it means ORGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE and it written on the time you have ordered.
I have mail him 4-5 time to them that it is nowhere written there but they are arguing only saying to read the return and replace column now i what i experinced from them that when you order online then take a picture in your record because this company are made for fraud marketing.I have a simple question to know why they are not written properly that it is the oem product with the meaning ?
I am writting to you not for any refund or exchange just telling to do something on this matter after this experience i never buy from online because you never know what will be coming in your pkt.
