My name is Gowtham HS, I ordered “Protoner Weight Lifting Package 20 Kgs + 3” Curl Rod and my OrderNumber is 43624589 on 27th March and amount paid Rs.1198 (including the shipping cost).

But till today (09/04/2015) , almost 14 days got over i haven’t received product. when i sent mail they are mentioned that my order is untraceable and i have to wait. How can they do like this. They promised me that i get product on 3rd or 4th of april but till today no trace of order.

I need my money back. Please help me with this. Attaching the personal details.
