I placed an order worth Rs.13490/- on www.indianroots.com on December 12,2014. They delivered one product out of the entire order, and kept delaying the rest of the order, giving excuses. After constant follow-up and 2 months, on February 20, 2015, they send a email canceling the remaining order and promising to refund the amount Rs.6370/- in 5-7 working days. I have been constantly following up with their customer care team via emails and phone calls, and I still have not received the money.
Their team always has some excuse and they keep asking for time, sometimes to check with their back up team, sometime with their finance team, but have still not sent my refund.
They took my money onDecember 12,2014 and its March 31,2015 and they still have not refunded my money.
