Dear Investors- Can we file a police complaint in Mumbai where the Company is located? My colleauge went to their Andheri office and was not allowed inside. After a big fight he was allowed and no proper response was given. Subsequently it was understood that they have another office in Colaba and Saxena, Vijendra Jain sits there. My colleauge made Vijendra Jain to talk to me and he arrogantly said the Company does not have monesy and the FDâs can be repaid once they get some money. Also he said no time limit can be committed & disconnected the phone. Its better we file police complaint or go to CLB, Mumabi bench together. Please revert. I am reachable on [email protected]

Maturity Amount Not received Of Company FDR Of Elder pharmaceutical NO.(69537)50000 Rupee,(69533)100000Rupee.
Which has been mature as on 18-02-2015.
But company not pay maturity amount.
Also not received interest amount from last five month.
company no.(022-26730067-58) Is not giving any answers of my phone call.
I have try this phone number many times.
And company not giving any reply of my mail which I written to company.
Please do needful.
