I bought oneplus one few months ago and there came many problems in device i went to the service centre and they told me to keep the device i kept it for 7 days and then i went to the service center and they told me after anther 7 days u will get ur device then i went again after 7 days but after that there was no change in device and i sent an email to oneplus one about this issue they never gave me response and now i m fedup i want total refund of this device i have all proof regarding this i want to file complain agains this please respond asap.
