my name sourab i apply for samsung A-7 of mobilesmart.in i pay first 1500 rupee for address verification on 20-03-15 & next deposit fee in bank 2500 is on 06-04-15 .
now they not pick my calls even they promised me next day u will get your mobile but i not receive any product by mobilesmart they are fake i have proof against of this company and i am going case file
they harass many people to fake calls
I had also paid this company 1500 Rupees against application ID 2303MBM7809 , Instead of mobile i got a watch of 100 Rs as a welcome gift . This is a fake Company I think , Even their Customer care are not picking the call or after verifying name and Phone number they keep my phone on hold . They are not at all replying the E mails , What are these non sense I dont Know ..But really i am feeling that I cheated , Please help me,I am trying since last 4- 5 days continue they are keeping my phone on hold , Now I am planning to file / lodge a police case against the Culprits , Its not a matter of My 1500/= against Application Number ID 2303MBM7809 , Its on the name of business they are doing Pranks . I had cheated but I will try to save other peoples to being cheated , The company on ther web dont have their address , They did not respond E mails Even by their contact form or direct write up on their [email protected] , Its totally a cheat or prank company
