Sir, I have placed an order for HTC mobile (order no 44521561) on 1 April 2015 in Shopclues.com ,While verifying the delivery PIN code their website shows serviceable area and accordingly I paid the amount of Rs 12449 through my credit card.But on very next day I got a message that my order has been cancelled due to non serviecable area and refund will be back in my account within 15 days.Now my point is that why should they take such a long time to refund my amount which is completely fault on their part.So I request your kind intervention to credit my account at an earliest….
