Respected Sir ,
I had ordered two parcel from the site www.thehobbyshop.in on 10th March 2015 . I had paid sum of Rs 2115 in total. The payment was done through VISA debit card(UCO Bank) . The company promise to ship within 24 hrs after payment . The company have still not shipped my parcel. They have not provided me with shipping refrence number . I have not yet received the parcel . I tried to contact the company but no reply .
from initial findings on internet i found the following information about the company .
1) owner name – Pankaj Verma (most probable)
facebook profile – https://www.facebook.com/pankajREC?fref=ts.
-https://www.facebook.com/priyanshgangwar
2) contact number – 7785012018 (does not pick up)
3) website name – www.thehobbyshop.in
4) company location – Lucknow , near railway station (from google map) UP.

I didnt get any refernce number for my payment i received a email that my order is shipped by DTDC and
