I am Dr.Hemang Desai from Rajkot. I had made a prepaid order at Paytm for Iphone 6 Space Grey Colour 16 GB vide Order No.824229718 on 24 th March 2015. As per delivery estimate given by PAYTM it was to be delivered latest by 27th March 2015. I haven’t received the product till date. I have sent emails to PAYTM and courier company GOJAVAS.. None of them gave satisfactory or responsible reply. Both the companies have been giving false assurance since 27th of March. There is no phone number on PAYTM web-site where we can approach them directly and explain our case. Even courier company does not provide contact numbers of their rajkot city office. On taking to their corporate office number , I have been given false assurances time and time again that I will get my shipment in 24 hours or 36 hours or 72 hours and so on. PAYTM even do not bother to call back me on requesing again and again on email. They do not even give proper response on email.I feel being cheated by PAYTM.
