i have ordered Pack of 6 Sarees of Brand Sunehri from STARCJ. the day i received my product i checked and found that out of six, five sarees were torn from inside ie defective. As per the STARCJ policies and norms I immediately called the customer care and told them about the product. the person on call said that their executive will call me within two days… But the call didnt came from their side. i again called them and told to refund my money. they again fooled me by saying the exact same words … it has been around three months but their is no response from their side.. plss take an immediate action against this Fraud company..
