I have ordered for an 1 Tb external harddisk..after 1 week of i got a message that courier service need some additional information about my adress..so they asked me to contact amazon….i cald the customer care for more than 10 times n provided d information they want..i didnt get the product till now…and wen i contact d courier service they told product went back to amazon only…amazon have no idea about that …now again thy r asking me to wait ..
