My mobile no 9061999966. First i port this number to airtel. last 2 years there’s no basic issues for my number llike sms receiving.. then i port this number to idea for reducing internet bills. But now i didn’t get any messages (sms)from any number n cant sms send too.. so i complained this issues to idea office they show me the screen there is no issues and they didnt give any answer about this issues after that i complained to idea customercare no 198. They ask for 24 hours to solve . I have 4 audio clips recorded by different days to prove.
so please give me a solution to solve this problem
