I ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo based on offer of Rs.1999 vide order no: 100005569 dated 25.03.2015 with delivery assurance in 7-8 days and the payment done thru my credit card via PAYTM gateway.
Still the not product not yet delivered and there was no response from concern desk whenever we called.
Kindly log the complaint and arrange for refund of money at earliest.

Me and my friends have seen this add ( Samsung S3Neo+Ray ban glasses=2000) on snaaphot deals.com.We have ordered 8 pieces.
My order no is 10000725 and 10000726,We have ordered on 30th March,Still we have not received our order.
After order placed site was directed to Paytm gateway,we thought as its directed today tm so its authentic site.We are not able to find that site and customer care number is switched off
Can somebody help us
