Hi Sir/Ma’am,
My father had booked a flat in Victoria Heights society, peer muchalla in August 2011.
There was a agreement signed by both the parties.
According to this, if the possession of the apartment is not given by August 2013, the builder will pay Rs8000 per month to my father.
Now we got the possession letter in March 2015, in this the builder says that please pay the leftover amount of 2.9 lakh and then give 45 days to complete the flat.
My father approached them and asked them to adjust the delayed payment of 8000 rs per month in the pending amount,if there is any amount still left pending he will pay it.
But, the builder refused to adjust the amount and said that this will not be done.
Please help us, as already the possession was delayed by 18 months and we have been paying rent also for that time of 11000 per month.
