An amount of Rs 99 has been charged to my postpaid bill without my consent, knowledge. I still dont know the reason.

Why is the vodafone company allowing such charges on customers without any consent.

This is a clear case of theft and cheating.

Just by chace i checked tge bill details, else i never do. Trust is gone.

But i still need an reason as to why this charge was levied on me.
