Hello, I have mailed and raised my queries several times to paytm customer care but they doesn’t really seem to be helping. i was paying for an order in groupon through paytm amounting rs 775, since my paytm account had 548 rs it asked me to add more 227 during the transaction and when the money got debited from my bank as well as paytm a total sum of rs 775 the order was not placed transaction failed . Then i contacted bank which said money has been paid to paytm, and also contacted to groupon customer care which clearly said money is not with them, paytm customer care once said that on 18th march there was an IT up gradation in the site which led to the situation so i will get the refund it has been 12 days now and i didn’t got the refund till now.i have mailed the paytm customer care several times, they just reply that the issue has been resolved but i got no refund . i have sent the snapshots of the transaction log & also the chat with groupon customer care stating that they haven’t received the payment from paytm.
