I had made the following complaint but no redressal till date. Pl. look into the matter .

non-delivery of materials
I had paid Rs.805.00 through SBI netbanking on 09.02.2015 for purchase of Radio controlled electronic items for students educational purpose vide order no.3455 dt. 09.02.2015 from the Hobbyshop, Luknow, Utter pradesh, India. They were supposed to send me the materials through courier within a week but a month has passed they have not sent me any materials. They are not receiving my phone calls & no reply to my mails.

Pl. help me.
