dear sir/madam,
i have booked a offer for combo offer one mobile phone and one raybon sunglass offered by snaaphotdeals.com and order placed vide order #100005479 dtd 25 mar 2015 and payment was made through ATM card for 02 nos item worth rs 3998=00. but till date no any product delivered to me by above said company. after asking the company mobile number no satisfactory reply was received by and they pretended that items will soon deliver to you . it seems i have cheated and firm is fraud.
kindly help me and guide further course of action. the custom care of above coy is in the name of mr handal residing of banglore and tata docomo.
