I booked 3 BHK flat in feb 2012 in their ext 3 and they promised me possession on June 2013 (clearly written in agreement) and i paid 90% payment before June 2013 as per their payment schedule written in agreement. I have already filed a case against this builder and fighting case since July 2014, as they were not replying when i ask them possession delayed compensation as per written in their agreement. Builder has been Ex-partee as they did not produce before court after sending many notices, summons etc. I will update you guys further.

  1. I had booked a flat. With possession committed in Oct,2014, It has been 6 months there is no construction activity on site related to my tower At Sbp homes,sector 126, another 6 months is promised. It seems builder has diverted all funds to another project credit on nh21

  2. Ok to update you guys, court give them order to refund full amount with interest and harassment. But they are denying court order as well and now builder has filed appeal in National Commission Delhi (after applying all techniques to delay things) and claimed that they have already complete this project and offer possession to allottees. In this case all SBP Homes ext 3 flat buyers should pack their bag and shift in to flats (ridiculous). As officially on paper they have given possession and they are claiming this in National Commission Delhi court. Court will decide this in next hearings.
