I have been facing problems with my connection for the last six months.
Either the device does not connect (9 out of 10), or even if it connects,
the speed is extraordinarily slow (I was not able to send a one-page
document over mail yesterday). I contacted customer care two weeks
back and was told that there is a network issue which will get resolved. I
called the customer care again today. They replied that there is a high
utilisation in my area, due to which I am not able to connect and were not
even ready to record a service request for checking the device. This
problem is persistent for almost six months now. I dont think it is just
due to over-utlisation (I do not expect Tata Photon to keep billing me for
services that they are not providing for six months at a stretch).

The non-availability of services is creating a lot of inconvenience
(besides intangible and collateral damage).
