I had ordered Xiaomi Powerbank 10400 mAh for Rs.502. I was amazed to see that the Xiaomi Power bank I have received is totally “FAKE”. I have conducted all the tests to find out if the product was genuine or not. But it is actually a fake product. It also doesn’t have a security code, that the original product has. Even the product casing was broken, when I received it. I requested shoppingneeds to look into it and initiate a refund request. But it has been almost a month and my request is still in pending status. When I tried calling their customer care number, the number is out of service. They even deleted my complaint ticket ID: 6717. Order ID: 8347 I want an immediate action from shopping needs and want my money back. Regards, Prateek
