This is to inform you that i have ordered few LED bulbs Rs 302/ on 12th Mar’15 from Shopping Website (http://shoppingneeds.in/), they updated last that your item is packed and coming via ‘DotZot’ Courier service’s with tracking reference ‘700001676183’, but this is invalid reference no they have provided. Since then i have E-mailed several time but they have not responded, and the phone no given by him is completely invalid and incorrectly, they mentioned contact no on Website e.g 08929977633, this is not working and it is out of service permanently. It looks like this is case of Fraud to customer and misleading nad cheating to consurmers by online shopping. Can you please take appropriate action on this Retailer. Regards Anupam
